GAZA STRIP: Saudi aid agency, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), continued its efforts to provide relief to families affected in the Gaza Strip by distributing essential aid.
The Saudi aid agency distributed tents to families whose camp had been damaged by shelling and fire, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
In total, 70 displaced families from the Deir Al-Balah area in central Gaza benefited from this distribution, which is part of a wider Saudi campaign aimed at supporting the Palestinian people.
Field teams from the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, the implementing partner of KSrelief in Gaza, carried out the distribution to provide shelter and alleviate the suffering of affected families.
The recipients expressed their deep gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, according to SPA.
They emphasised that the arrival of the new tents helped ease their hardships and provided much-needed shelter for their families during this challenging time.
This aid is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment, through KSrelief, to address the urgent needs of those affected in the Gaza Strip.
KSrelief distributes hot meals in Gaza Strip
Meanwhile, the central kitchen run by KSrelief continued its efforts to ease the suffering of Palestinians by distributing 25,00 hot meals yesterday to the most vulnerable families in the central and southern Gaza Strip, SPA reported.
The assistance benefited 25,000 individuals and was provided as part of the Saudi campaign to support the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The assistance is part of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian response, delivered through KSrelief, to help meet the essential needs of affected families and strengthen their resilience amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
