RIYADH: All 14 people aboard a helicopter operated by Saudi Aramco were killed after it crashed in Ras Tanura, eastern Saudi Arabia, at around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, the Ministry of Energy said.
The ministry said all those on board were Saudi nationals and that the relevant authorities had launched a full investigation to determine the cause of the crash, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The Ministry of Energy extended its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the families of the martyrs, praying that Almighty Allah grants them mercy and forgiveness and accepts them as martyrs, according to SPA.
