Pakistan Set for Historic 1000th ODI Clash Against Australia on May 30

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is set to play their historic 1,000th One-Day International on May 30, 2026, against Australia at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The match will mark the opening fixture of a three-match bilateral series hosted in Rawalpindi and Lahore.


Ahead of the milestone, Pakistan has played 999 ODIs, securing 527 wins and 442 losses, alongside 9 ties and 21 no-results. With this match, Pakistan will become only the third team in ODI history to reach the 1,000-match mark, joining India (1,075 matches, 571 wins, 450 losses) and Australia (1,019 matches, 617 wins, 358 losses).
