Saudi Crown Prince, Jordanian King Discuss Developments in Palestine

Discussions also covered the ties between Saudi Arabia and Jordan

NEOM: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, received King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of Jordan on Monday at NEOM Palace, where they discussed several key issues on the Arab and Islamic fronts, with particular focus on recent developments in Palestine.

During the meeting, they reviewed the fraternal ties between the two states and discussed ways to enhance and develop them across various fields, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Governor of Tabuk Region Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz; Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal; Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz; Minister of Defence Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Acting Chargé d’Affaires of the Saudi Embassy in Jordan Mohammed Mu’ni were also present on the occasion.

From the Jordanian side, attendees included Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, and other senior officials.

The meeting was part of ongoing consultations between the two countries on regional and international matters.
