ISLAMABAD: When it comes to activities related to culture, music, art, painting and such, the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) is quite literally the beating heart of Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad.
The PNCA is a national level premier institute that aims to promote artistic activity and focuses on all forms of art, such as visual and performing arts. Because of all the various activities such as musical concerts, drama performances, picture galleries, painting exhibitions, movie and documentary screenings, food and cultural festivals etc that are organised by the PNCA, the residents of Pakistan’s capital always have an interesting event to look forward to and there is never a boring weekend.
All of the PNCA events are family friendly. The PNCA also arranges paintings and music classes that have gained popularity among the residents of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad over the years.
The PNCA coordinated and supervises cultural bodies throughout Pakistan. It encourages creative individual talent and build their capacity as well as involved in developing art and cultural institutions.
