RIYADH: Intersec Saudi Arabia 2024, held from October 1 to 3, showcased the latest security and rescue technologies, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.
The exhibition held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center was organized by the Higher Commission for Industrial Security and the General Directorate of Civil Defence.
The event brought together more than 300 companies from 32 countries. Intersec Saudi Arabia 2024 embodies the Saudi Vision 2030 commitment to investing in smart technologies for societal safety and security.
The exhibition highlighted Saudi Vision 2030, which is to use innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) to achieve the highest protection and emergency response standards.
Intersec Saudi Arabia featured two summits: the Future Security Summit and the Fire Protection and Technology Summit. Latest trends and innovations in security and fire protection, utilizing smart-city technologies for a safer, more sustainable environment were discussed during the summits.
The Fire Safety Conference and Future Security Conference attract speakers and experts, addressing subjects like the Saudi Building Code, fire prevention technologies, and technology in crisis management.
