He held talks with Space X’s President Gwynne Shotwell and other company leaders during his official visit to the US. During the meeting expanding the strategic partnership in space exploration and technology, and boosting national competencies in the sector came under discussion.
The meeting, part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to bolster the space sector and improve its infrastructure, delved into current and future developments in space endeavors aimed at ensuring a more advanced and prosperous future for humanity.
During the visit, the minister is set to hold meetings with key players in the space industry, which will highlight the growing space sector in the Kingdom, lead to further collaboration in the transfer of knowledge and development of human capabilities, and stimulate investment in the space sector of Saudi Arabia.
