Saudi Crown Prince Meets Chairman of the U.S. House Armed Services Committee

JEDDAH: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, has met Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Rogers, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

During the meeting in Jeddah they discussed the bilateral ties and the prospects of cooperation, in addition to discussing several issues of common interest.

Members of the Armed Services Committee, Adam Smith, Salud Carbajal, and Veronica Escobar also attended the meeting.

Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban and President of General Intelligence Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan were also present on the occasion.

The SPA, reported that Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has also met with the leader of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim in Jeddah.

The meeting reviewed the bilateral ties between the two countries. Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah were also present in the meeting.
