SRINAGAR: The High Court of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) has quashed the illegal detention of an innocent youth booked under the black law Public Safety Act (PSA).
As reported by Kashmir Media Service, Justice Rahul Bharti invalidated the PSA detention of Shahbaz Ahmed following a hearing of his case.
Shahbaz was apprehended by Indian authorities on allegations of participating in activities deemed anti-India and supportive of freedom movements. The court issued a directive for his immediate release.
