ISLAMABAD: In support of the lives lost in the Gaza hospital, Sikh for Justice (SFJ) plans to organize “Kill INDIA” rallies starting on October 21 from Canada to Palestine, criticizing Prime Minister Modi’s leadership in India for encouraging and celebrating such sad events.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for SFJ, said in a video that the international community mourns the horrific bombings, but India under Modi is celebrating and putting a black spot on world democracy.
The death of Shaheed Nijjar in Canada, a significant figure in the Khalistan Referendum campaign, was carried out by Indian agents, according to Pannun, who expressed grave worry over the hospital bombings in Gaza.
Pannun has encouraged the Pro Khalistan Sikhs and Palestinians to participate in these rallies, which will take place from Vancouver to Ramallah, asking for the closure of Indian embassies in protest of the anti-Palestine policies of the Modi government and its support for the hospital bombings in Gaza.
He emphasized the mutual solidarity between Pro Khalistan Sikhs and the Palestinian people facing genocide. This solidarity is based on the Sikh community’s history of going through genocide since 1984 under successive Indian regimes. —APP
