“Based on credible intelligence, selective targeting of Terrorist camps and hideouts at two locations belonging to Fitna al Khwarij, Fitna al Hindustan and their affiliates has been carried out in Afghanistan with precision and accuracy. Targets were destroyed with precision, and initial reports suggest the killing of twenty-two terrorists. Large quantities of weapons and ammunition stored at these hideouts were also destroyed.”
The ministry said Pakistan had taken maximum precautions to prevent civilian casualties, describing the targets as terrorist hubs.
“Pakistan has always strived for the maintenance of peace and stability in the region. However, the safety and security of our citizens remain our foremost priority. It is a matter of grave concern that Afghanistan continues to remain a hub of terrorism. The threat to Pakistan emanates from Afghanistan. In this context, our action precisely targeted the terrorist hubs. Maximum precautions were taken, and it was ensured that no collateral damage occurred.”
Pakistan to continue terrorists elimination
The ministry said the operation would continue as part of Pakistan’s broader counter-terrorism campaign.
“Our relentless Counter Terrorism campaign, Ghazab lil Haq, under the vision “Azm e Istehkam” by security forces and law enforcement Agencies of Pakistan, will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.”

Pakistan has repeatedly pointed out that terrorist groups based in Afghanistan carry out attacks inside the country, and it has demanded that the Afghan authorities prevent their territory from being used against Pakistan.
The latest strikes come against a backdrop of continuing tensions between Islamabad and Kabul over cross-border terrorism and the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Information statement did not provide the names of those killed or give the precise locations of the two sites targeted in the strikes.
Surgical Strike on BLA Facility, Helmand, Afghanistan
According to security officials, the surgical strikes were carried out on a BLA facility in Helmand, Afghanistan
On 1 October 26, at 0445 hours, surgical strikes were conducted by Pakistan on a compound that housed BLA’s Media Operations Centre.
The compound was located in Safar, Garmser District, Helmand, Afghanistan, the officials added.
Shirwan Baloch, Huzaifa Baloch, Farooq Baloch and Hazrat Baloch, the BLA terrorist commanders who were responsible for media operations, were eliminated, and the BLA Media Centre was fully destroyed, the officials added.
“Since these terrorists were using their families as human shields, a couple of their close relatives were also killed,” the officials said.
According to the officials, the compound that was struck belonged to Mula Nader, an Afghan Taliban Commander who serves in the Taliban Border Force in Nimroz Province and is a key facilitator of the BLA in Helmand and Nimroz Provinces. At least nine BLA terrorists were killed.
