Congress members from both parties repeatedly clapped and cheers parts of Zelenskiy’s speech in English he likened Ukraine’s war against Russia to World War Two.

Although there were no signs of an end to the war as both Russia and Ukraine have signalled a to keep fighting, Zelenskiy said he discussed a 10-point peace formula with President Biden.
