King Abdulaziz’s letters

Despite the massive responsibilities of establishing the state, King Abdulaziz was keen to reinforce family values and preserve the bonds of kinship.

The Darah Foundation has released three letters demonstrating great appreciation King Abdulaziz had for his sisters Moudhi, Hessa, and Al Jawharah.

King Abdulaziz paid special consideration to kinship ties and devoted substantial time to his family despite his massive responsibilities in running state affairs.

Although he was extremely busy with unifying the state, he maintained constant link with his sisters through special letters he sent to them from various parts of the country.

Research and Archives also published another collection of letters that depicted King Abdulaziz’s humanity and great kindness to people’s affairs and needs.

The foundation has a huge archive of similar historical documents, rare letters of national history and historical photographs and films.
