RIYADH: The world leaders have congratulated the leadership of Saudi Arabia on the Kingdom’s Founding Day, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.
The SPA reported that King Mohammed VI of Morocco has sent a cable of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, on Founding Day.
He lauded the strong ties between the two countries and their peoples and wished for further progress and prosperity to Saudi Arabia.
He reiterated his pride in the sincere bonds of friendship and mutual appreciation between the two royal families, as well as the solid ties between the two brotherly countries based on constructive cooperation and active solidarity.
The Moroccan king also sent a similar cable to Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
According to the SPA, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Jasem Albudaiwi has extended his congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and the Saudi people on the occasion of Founding Day.
Albudaiwi highlighted the occasion’s significance as more than just a historical commemoration. He termed it as a living testament to the leadership’s ambitious goals, which have yielded remarkable achievements and advancements.
He also expressed his deep pride in the Kingdom’s pivotal role in solidifying unity and cooperation within the GCC. He praised the Saudi dedication in promoting joint Gulf action and supporting the Arab and Islamic world.
The SPA reported that the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoomi, has congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the anniversary of the Founding Day.
Al-Asoomi praised the achievements of Saudi Arabia in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
Meanwhile, the SPA reported that President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan have sent separate cables of congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Founding Day.
They also sent cables of congratulations to Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, on the occasion.
