ISLAMABAD: Zahid Latif Khan Securities (Pvt) Ltd, in partnership with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Jama Punji, successfully hosted an engaging session during World Investor Week 2024 at the ISE Towers REIT.
The event, themed “Building Financial Capabilities of Women,” aimed to empower women from diverse backgrounds by enhancing their understanding of financial management and investment.
The session featured Akif Saeed, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as the Guest of Honor. In his address, Saeed underscored the vital role women can play in the financial sector and stressed the importance of education and access to investment opportunities for enhancing their participation.
Musarat Jabeen, Executive Director and Head of Policy, Regulation & Development at SECP, also attended, reflecting the commission’s commitment to promoting financial literacy and inclusion.
