KYIV: Ukraine on Saturday criticized the “global indecision” of its allies following Germany denied to supply its vaunted Leopard battle tanks to boost Kyiv’s fighting ability in the year-long conflict with Moscow.
On Friday, some 50 countries agreed to provide Ukraine with billions of dollars’ worth of military equipment, including armored vehicles to push back Russian troops. But German Minister for Defense Boris Pistorius said that despite high expectations they still cannot say what the decision will be and when a decision will be taken, when it comes to the Leopard battle tanks.
