LOS ANGELES: Speculation linking Hollywood actor Ben Affleck with American model and television personality Brooks Nader has been firmly denied by Nader, who said she has never met the Oscar-winning star, putting an end to online gossip that briefly gained traction on social media.
The rumours emerged after celebrity gossip platform DeuxMoi reported that Affleck, 53, and Nader, 28, had allegedly been seen together.
The claims quickly spread across entertainment blogs and social media accounts.
However, Nader directly addressed the speculation in a public comment on DeuxMoi’s Instagram post, writing: “Haven’t met him in my life.”
DeuxMoi itself later reported on January 24, citing a source, that the two had “never met”, reinforcing Nader’s denial.
Nader’s recent relationships
Brooks Nader, best known for Love Thy Nader and as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, has attracted media attention in recent years for her high-profile relationships.
She was previously involved in an on-and-off relationship with her Dancing With the Stars professional partner, Gleb Savchenko, 42.
The two met during season 33 of the ABC competition series and broke up in April 2025.
Nader later accused Savchenko of cheating, an allegation he denied. The relationship, while initially kept private, became widely discussed after the pair shared flirtatious rehearsal videos on social media.
In a December 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Nader spoke candidly about the pairing, saying she had asked producers to give her “the hottest, douchiest guy” following her divorce, adding that there was “so much sexual tension” from their first meeting.
The fallout continued publicly. During a November episode of Olivia’s House podcast, Nader responded to criticism that she was “bitter” for discussing the breakup, accusing Savchenko of ranting about her and her family on Instagram Live.
“We can go tit for tat on the pettiness,” she said, describing the relationship as “toxic”.
Before Savchenko, Nader was married to businessman Billy Haire from 2019 until 2024. Their divorce was finalised in May 2025.
Current status
Despite ongoing speculation, Nader has said she is currently single.
Speaking to People magazine at the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix, she said “no one” was making her heart “race” at the moment, though she teased that things could change.
Days after addressing the Affleck rumours, Nader was spotted at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles with actor Madelyn Cline, fuelling further tabloid interest, though no romantic link was suggested.
Affleck, who finalised his divorce from singer and actor Jennifer Lopez in 2024, has largely kept his personal life out of the public eye since the split.
In April 2025, while promoting The Accountant 2, Affleck reflected on the difficulty of navigating early relationships.
Speaking in an interview clip shared by Page Six, he said it was not easy to interpret signals at the beginning of dating and described the vulnerability involved in “putting yourself out there”.
The actor has recently been spending time away from the spotlight following promotional events for his upcoming film The Pitt, alongside long-time collaborator Matt Damon.
