ISLAMABAD: The web series on the life of Fatima Jinnah, sister of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, will be released on August 14.
The online series titled Fatima Jinnah: Sister, Revolutionist, Stateswoman has been directed by Danial K Afzal.
Prior to its release, the megastar series is getting a lot of public attraction. The web series revolves around the life of Fatima Jinnah and would depict three eras of her life. She would be seen in her 30s, 50s and 70s.
Sundus Farhan, Sajal Aly, and Samiya Mumtaz are three actresses who play the characters of Fatima Jinnah.

The web series’ story is based on Reza Pirbhai’s novel “Madar-e-Millat”.
It has three seasons with 15 episodes each and could be accessed at “aur-digital,” an online platform.
Director Danial K Afzal told the media that the series has been filmed in Lahore and Islamabad and will have more historical figures along with Fatima Jinnah.
