RIYADH: A leading American expert has asked Biden’s administration to extend a “respectful and sincere hand of cooperation” to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) forward-thinking Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
“The United States (US) can have no better fellow than Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman,” wrote S. Rob Sobhani in an article in daily The Washington Times. “More than ever, Washington needs partners and allies as it navigates challenges from Moscow, Beijing, and Tehran and as it responds logically and beneficially to cross-border epidemics, worldwide supply chain restraints, and the recent rise of artificial intelligence (AI) as the fourth industrial revolution.”

Sobhani asked US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to extend an invitation to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to address a joint session of Congress and give “the visionary leader” the opportunity to share his vision with the government of the United States and its citizens.”
The writer said it was significant for the US to understand that Mohammed bin Salman is driven by his love for and pride in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and its people. “This describes why the Crown Prince is strongminded to catapult his nation into a trillion-dollar economic center so that the prosperity of its people can be guaranteed,” Sobhani wrote.

Sobhani maintained, “Indeed, the energetic leader of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) can become a true Companion of Washington in resolving international conflict,.”
The writer also emphasized the crown prince’s firm commitment to empowering women of the Kingdom. “It is truly implausible to meet many Saudi women in the workforce, and they are playing a key role in helping the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) become a $1 trillion economy,” the writer added.
As a supporter of research and innovation, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also aims to leverage science and technology for the common good, Sobhani concluded: “The Crown Prince loves creativity, and this interest comes across when one speaks with scientists of Saudi Arabia and sees their desire to utilize AI for better health results.
