HOUSTON: Legendary Pakistani television actor Mazhar Ali has passed away in Houston, United States.
He had been suffering from heart and lung diseases for a long time and had been residing in the US for the past many years. His family is based in Canada.
According to reports he was receiving treatment in the hospital because of his heart condition. The veteran actor is survived by two daughters, a son, and a wife.
Mazhar Ali played memorable roles in many popular television dramas aired on Pakistan Television, including “Aroosa,” “Afshan,” “Shaheen,” “Kanch Ki Gudiya” and “Kaali Deemak.” He gathered immense fame for his remarkable acting skills.
