TASHKENT: The Emir of the State of Qatar, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, has arrived in Tashkent, the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Upon the Emir’s arrival at Tashkent International Airport, he was warmly greeted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who led a delegation of well-wishers.
Those who were present at the airport to welcome the Qatar Emir Sheikh included Minister of Foreign Affairs Baxtiyor Saidov, Mayor of Tashkent Shavkat Umrzakov, and Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Uzbekistan Hassan bin Hamza Hashim.
The Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani is accompanied by a high-level delegation on his official visit.
