BAKU, Azerbaijan: The Futsal World Cup will be held in Uzbekistan for the first time, in 2024, according to the press service of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, Trend Reports.
The decision was taken at an International Football Federation board meeting. Tashkent will host the tournament.
The national team of Portugal is the reigning futsal world champion.
