ISLAMABAD: Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Samantha Power, telephoned Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani on Tuesday.
During the telephonic conversation, they discussed USAID projects in Pakistan, with a particular focus on climate change. They also discussed Pakistan-US bilateral relations, the relocation of Afghan nationals to the US, and the current situation in Gaza.
The Pakistan Foreign Minister emphasized the urgency of a ceasefire and the immediate provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
