WARSAW: Polish President Andrzej Duda said Friday that he and US President Joe Biden began talks on producing needed ammunition for Ukraine. Andrzej Duda told the media persons that he spoke to the US President about starting joint military production.

He claimed that talks on the matter have been initiated at the highest presidential level. The President of Poland hoped that talks over the matter will definitely continue.
Media reported that in recent days, Kyiv’s Western partners have worried they are falling behind in providing enough shells for Ukraine’s artillery to fend off a Russian offensive.
The European Union chief has notably called for bolstered military assistance in areas such as ammunition supplies.
