WASHINGTON: The United States on Friday imposed a ban on 42 Chinese companies due to their support for Russia’s military and defense industrial base.
The US Commerce Department included these 42 Chinese companies on the government’s export control list for supplying integrated circuits of US origin to Russian firms associated with the Russian defense sector.
Moreover, seven entities from Finland, Germany, India, Turkey and the United Kingdom will also be added to the list.
