Ukraine Launches Missile Attack on Kursk, Says Russia’s Defence Ministry

Moscow: Russian air defence systems destroyed three Ukraine-launched Tochka-U missiles over southwest Russia’s Kursk region early on Monday, according to the Russian Defence Ministry.

The ministry did not provide information regarding any potential damage or injuries resulting from the attack. Ukraine has yet to issue a response to the incident.

The Tochka-U missile, also known by its NATO reporting name Scarab B, is classified as a short-range tactical ballistic missile.
