ISLAMABAD: British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott has highlighted the country’s natural beauty, describing its landscapes as one of Pakistan’s many strengths following her latest visit to the picturesque Miranjani peak.
In a post shared on social media, Marriott said she had completed her seventh hike to Miranjani, noting that each visit had offered a different and memorable experience. She described the latest trip as “misty and atmospheric”, adding that the weather was slightly chilly.

The British envoy said the beauty of Pakistan’s scenery continued to inspire her and stressed that the changing views at Miranjani made every journey unique. Marriott also expressed her enthusiasm for future visits, saying she was already looking forward to returning to the popular hill station destination.
Located in the Galiyat region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Miranjani is among Pakistan’s most visited hiking spots and is renowned for its lush forests, panoramic views and tranquil surroundings.
