KABUL: Saif Mohammed Al-Ketbi, the newly appointed United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Afghanistan, officially presented his credentials to interim Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi on Monday, marking the formal start of his diplomatic tenure in Kabul.
During the meeting, Minister Muttaqi congratulated Ambassador Al-Ketbi on his appointment and expressed hopes for a successful mission. He highlighted the potential to expand relations between Afghanistan and the UAE across multiple sectors, stressing the importance of leveraging available opportunities for mutual benefit.
