ISLAMABAD: The Presidency of Migration Management of the Republic of Turkiye and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) signed a contractual agreement in Ankara on Monday for the establishment of an Electronic Readmission Case Management System.
As per the press release, Turkiye and Pakistan are actively taking steps to address issues, share information, and foster international collaboration to combat irregular migration. The agreement aims to streamline and expedite the secure and humane repatriation of irregular migrants of Pakistani nationality in Turkiye.
Under the contractual agreement, the electronic system to be implemented will facilitate the swift and efficient process of identifying Pakistani nationals and issuing travel documents for their return. The press release also highlighted the commitment of both sides to maintaining ongoing cooperation and communication in the future.
