ANKARA: Renowned Turkish actress Esra Bilgic, famed for her portrayal of Halime Sultan in the famous drama series Dirilis: Ertugrul, has revealed the launch of her latest cinematic venture, ‘Atatürk’.
Bilgic made the exciting announcement on her Instagram account, where she shared exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses from the film and confirmed its release in theaters today.
In a post written in Turkish, Bilgic stated, “ATATÜRK 1881-1919. ATATURK 1st full movie in theaters now!” She also disclosed that the second installment of the film, titled “ATATURK – 2,” is slated for a widespread release in cinemas across Turkey and 30 other countries on January 5, 2024.
