ISLAMABAD: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 on Thursday evening jolts different parts of Pakistan including Islamabad and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Kashmir.
According to reports received from different areas of the country the epicenter of the earthquake was Hindukush region in Afghanistan and it occurred at the depth of 173 kilometers below the ground.

The earth quack was felt on most parts of Khber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Kashmir, including Chitral, Peshawar, North Waziristan, Bannu, Islamabad, Lahore, Hafizabad, Kamalia, and other adjacent parts.
No casualties reported till filing of the report.
