ISLAMABAD: Toyota Pakistan has announced significant price cuts for its Fortuner SUV lineup as part of a promotional campaign celebrating the company’s 35 years of operations in the country.

The updated ex-factory rates, shared through the company’s latest notification to dealerships, show the Fortuner G variant down to Rs 12,435,000 from Rs 14,939,000, reflecting a cut of roughly Rs 2.5 million. The Fortuner V has been revised to Rs 14,935,000, against its previous tag of Rs 17,509,000. The offer has been introduced as part of a limited-period push that the company says aims to make the model more accessible amid a prolonged slowdown in the auto market.

Dealers said the Fortuner, known for its off-road capability, seven-seat layout and strong resale profile, continues to be a leading choice in the premium SUV segment. They added that a downward revision of this scale is uncommon in the current environment and could help stimulate bookings, particularly from buyers who delayed purchases due to cost pressures.

The company has not indicated how long the revised pricing window will remain active, though sales teams expect increased walk-ins over the coming days.
