RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s military officials said on Saturday three terrorists were killed through successful operations conducted by the security forces in Khyber and South Waziristan Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Three Terrorists Killed in Northwest Pakistan: ISPR
In a statement, ISPR said, “On 27 July, a fire exchange took place between security forces and terrorists in the general area of Bagh, Khyber district”. It added, “The security forces effectively engaged the terrorists’ location. Resultantly, one terrorist sniper got killed”. The ISPR said, “Weapon and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorist”.
The ISPR statement maintained, “On 28 July, in another fierce encounter between the security forces and terrorists in the general area of Gomal Zam, South Waziristan district, two terrorists were killed.

According to ISPR, the killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces as well as the killing of innocent citizens.
“Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area,” the ISPR said.
Locals of the area lauded the operation and expressed their complete support to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
