ISLAMABAD: The Research for Social Transformation and Advancement (RASTA) is gearing up to host its third two-day PIDE-RASTA Conference, commencing on Thursday, September 14.
This event holds a significant place in RASTA’s annual calendar and promises a rich lineup of sessions and research presentations, as per a press statement released by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE).
A total of 20 research papers will be presented, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and expertise among field experts.
RASTA stands as Pakistan’s largest economic and public policy research network, uniting academia and think tanks. It has played a pivotal role in fostering policy discussions and cultivating a research culture within the country, the statement emphasized.

The program is steered by a distinguished Research Advisory Committee composed of 26 members, with the Vice-Chancellor of PIDE, Islamabad, serving as its chairperson.
