PESHAWAR: A terrorist was killed on Friday during an Intelligence-Based Operation in the Mir Ali sub-division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military media wing said in a press release.
According to ISPR, security forces conducted IBO, and during the operation, intense firing took place between security forces and terrorists.
ISPR says terrorist was involved in terrorist activities
Resultantly, one terrorist got killed, ISPR said, adding ammunition and weapons were also recovered from the killed terrorist.
ISPR said that the killed terrorist was actively involved in various terrorist activities against security forces and the killing of innocent citizens.
Locals of Waziristan appreciated the military operation and expressed their full support for the army to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the erstwhile tribal district.
