The level of skill and precision required for tent pegging cannot be understated. The horses, mostly powerful stallions, add to the drama as they foam and froth with excitement, galloping fearlessly towards the pegs.

One of the most remarkable aspects of tent pegging is the bravery of the horses. Despite the thunderous sound of wood cracking as the lance strikes the peg, these noble animals remain steadfast, undeterred by the noise. This bravery is a testament to the strong bond between horse and rider, as they navigate the challenges of the competition together.
