Ingredients:
- 5 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped beans
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- For the filling, mash some boiled potatoes and mix in chopped onions, carrots, and beans.
- Add spices like red chili powder, pepper, coriander powder, and salt to taste, and mix well.
- Place the filling onto the flattened bread and roll it up, sealing the edges with cornflour slurry.
- Pan-fry the rolls on a tawa until golden brown, then remove them from the heat.
