DAR ES SALAAM: The death toll from northern Tanzania’s road accident has risen to twenty-one, an official said on Sunday.
Seventeen people were killed and twelve others injured in a head-on collision between a mini-bus and a truck in the country’s northern district Korogwe in the Tanga region on Friday night.
Omary Mgumba, Tanga Regional Commissioner, said 4 people succumbed to their injuries in separate hospitals on Sunday.
