GEELONG: The UAE lost its first match at the ICC T20 World Cup against the Netherlands by three wickets in Geelong, Australia, on Sunday.
The UAE cricket team came up with a disappointing batting performance, making just 111 for eight against the Netherlands.
Chasing 112, the Netherlands reached home with 3 wickets and just 1 ball to spare.
Namibia stunned Sri Lanka with 55 runs in the opening Group A match of the first round.
