KARACHI: Security forces have arrested a suspect who was allegedly involved in the killing of fire brigade workers in Korangi.
Police and Rangers, during a combined raid, apprehended the suspect in Karachi’s Manzoor Colony. The identity of the suspect was not disclosed by the security forces.
Earlier on October 1, two employees of the city’s fire brigade department were shot dead in Korangi in what police described as a targeted attack aimed at spreading terror.
A spokesperson for Rangers said that raids were under way to arrest those involved in the incident.
