ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has allowed video-link facility for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendment case, local media reported on Tuesday.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa said, “The PTI founder can present his arguments in the next hearing via video link if he desires to do so […] arrangements should be made for presentation of arguments through video link,”.

The CJP said so during the hearing of the federal government’s intra-court appeal filed against the SC’s 2023 decision which annulled some of the amendments of NAB.

The bench includes Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Athar Minallah.
