RIYADH: Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has arrived in Riyadh ahead of his majestic opening before thousands of fans at Al Nassr club, Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. Cristiano Ronaldo, a five-time winner of the Ballon d’Or, landed in the Saudi Arabia’s capital late on Monday.

The club has announced that superstar Cristiano Ronaldo who left Manchester United under a cloud following slamming the club in a TV show, will appear at Al Nassr’s 25,000-capacity Mrsool Park stadium in Riyadh at 7:00 pm today.
The superstar will be formally introduced to the fans and supporters of his new club at Mrsool Park. Mrsool Park is situated in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is the home of Al-Nassr club and has a capacity of 25,000 people.

The former Real Madrid and Manchester United star will undergo a medical at the club to ensure he is healthy and fit to compete in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo is likely to be presented to the Al-Nassr fans and the world by club president Musalli Al-Muammar.
Al Nassr club have called Cristiano Ronaldo’s signing “more than history in the making”, saying he will inspire the rest of the football league and even the country.
In a tweet, Saudi Arabia Minister for Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal vowed to “support the rest of their clubs for quality deals with international stars soon”.
