KYIV: Local officials said on Saturday that at least five people were killed and twenty-seven injured in a strike on a residential building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

Dnipropetrovsk governor Valentyn Reznichenko confirmed that five people were killed in the attack. The Governor shared a message on social media and also posted a picture of the destroyed building.

According to the Governor, 27 people including six children were injured in the strike. Reports said that all injured were shifted to the hospitals for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, UK’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that his country will provide Challenger 2 tanks to Kyiv during a call with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The office of the UK’s Prime Minister confirmed that Rishi Sunak told President Zelensky that the UK will enhance support to Ukraine. Rishi Sunak said the support would include the delivery of the Challenger 2 tank and artillery systems.
