KARACHI: Rear Admiral Pujitha Vithana, the Director General of the Sri Lankan Coast Guard (SLCG), paid a visit to the headquarters of the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) here on Thursday.
During the visit, Rear Admiral Vithana received a comprehensive briefing on the “Roles, Functions & Organization of PMSA”, according to a news release issued by the PMSA.
Upon his arrival, a guard of honor was presented to the esteemed guest. He then proceeded to lay a wreath at the Shuhada monument of the PMSA and called on DG PMSA to discuss matters of mutual interest.
The main objective behind this visit was to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between the two Maritime Agencies. —APP
