JEDDAH: The Federal Republic of Somalia Ambassador Abdulqader Moalem Nour called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha at the OIC General Secretariat in Jeddah.
During the meeting, Ambassador Abdulqader Moalem Nour presented his credentials as the Permanent Representative of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the OIC to Hissein Brahim Taha.
The Secretary-General warmly welcomed the Permanent Representative and extended his best wishes for success in his new role.
Both sides affirmed the significance of OIC-Somali relations, with the Secretary-General reiterating the OIC’s unwavering support for Somalia.
