RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has received Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands, Jeremiah Manele, and Foreign Minister Peter Chanel Agovaka, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The SPA reported that at the outset of the meeting, the Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and their wishes for the government and people of the Solomon Islands continued prosperity and stability.
In turn, the PM of the Solomon Islands sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) steady progress as well as prosperity.
During the meeting, they also reviewed ties between the two friendly nations and means to strengthen and develop them in diverse sectors. They have discussed intensifying joint coordination on many matters of interest to the two nations.
They signed an agreement on mutual exemption of short-stay visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and private passports.
