ISLAMABAD: This delicious dish features tender slices of chicken breast infused with the rich, aromatic flavor of garlic, making it an excellent choice for a wholesome dinner.
Ingredients
- 5 ml oil
- 5 gm diced dry red chilli
- 20 gm chopped garlic
- 10 gm unsalted butter
- 15 gm oyster sauce
- 5 gm chicken aromat powder
- 10 ml Chinese cooking wine
- 10 ml water
- 20 gm onion slices
- 5 gm chopped spring onions
- 10 gm shredded red bell pepper
- 200 gm sliced boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 egg
- 40 gm corn flour
- 3 gm salt
- 5 ml light soy sauce
- 1 gm white pepper powder
Instructions:
- Begin by slicing the chicken breast. In a bowl, marinate the chicken slices with half an egg, salt, water, and corn flour.
- Heat 200 ml of oil for deep frying. Once hot, fry the marinated chicken slices on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan over high heat. Add the dry red chili and garlic, frying for about a minute.
- Stir in the butter, oyster sauce, 10 ml of water, chicken aromat powder, Chinese cooking wine, and light soy sauce.
- Add the fried chicken, onion slices, red bell pepper, and spring onions. Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy.
