KARACHI: The 14th Sartyoon Sang Crafts Exhibition is set to take place in Karachi from December 1st to 3rd, 2023, showcasing a diverse array of traditional handicrafts of the province.
In collaboration with various partners and sponsors, the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) will be organizing the exhibition.
This exhibition will showcase a diverse array of traditional handmade arts and crafts, featuring the vibrant work of numerous rural women artisans from districts such as Sukkur, Khairpur, Kashmore-Kandhkot, Shikarpur, Tharparkar, Badin, Larkana, Jacobabad, Khairpur, and others across Sindh.
The exhibition will present a rich assortment of Sindh’s handicrafts, including intricately crafted home textiles, basketry, jewelry, dresses, dupattas, and shawls adorned with traditional embroidery.
The exclusive range includes traditional clothing in Khaddar, organic dye, self-printed cotton fabric, and more, all skillfully embroidered by the talented rural women artisans of Sindh province.
