ISLAMABAD: On Monday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in a telephone conversation with Indonesian President Joko Widodo expressed his condolences over last week’s earthquake that hit the West Java region and the loss of precious lives and assets.
Shehbaz Sharif expressed his observation that Pakistan people were able to feel the despair of their Indonesian counterparts as due to natural calamities they suffered immensely tremendously, stated a press release of the Prime Minister’s Office Media Wing.
The Prime Minister offered Pakistan’s over with respect to the relief measures taking place in Indonesia and at the same time thanking the Indonesian government for the help provided for Pakistan’s flood-hit people. – APP
