MUMBAI: Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, often referred to as “King Khan,” has reportedly received death threats following the astounding success of his recent film, “Jawan”.
According to details, the Maharashtra government has responded swiftly by upgrading Khan’s security to the Y+ category.
The escalated security measures for Khan coincide with widespread acclaim for “Jawan,” a film lauded as a rare mainstream Bollywood production conveying a profound political message. Discussions surrounding the movie center on its apparent “anti-establishment” undertones and its advocacy for sensible voting.
On October 2, Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, Shah Rukh Khan paid a heartfelt tribute to the iconic leader, emphasizing the timeless relevance of Gandhi’s teachings.
